Streaming quality
What internet speed do I need?
Plan for roughly 8 to 10 Mbps for HD and about 25 Mbps for 4K per stream, plus extra capacity if other people in the home are online at the same time.
Why does my stream buffer?
Most buffering comes from Wi-Fi congestion or evening network load rather than the service itself. Use Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, restart the router and device, and close other downloads. If it continues, send support the channel name and time.
Do I need a VPN?
No. Some viewers use one for privacy or if their provider interferes with video traffic. Test with and without it and choose a fast nearby server.
Can I watch every match live?
Sports channels carry the main competitions, but coverage of an individual match depends on the rights holder and the channel. Use the free trial to check the games you care about.
Plans and payment
How many devices can I use?
